Roll into 2-inch meatballs and place on a cooking sheet coated with olive oil spray. Bake at 375-degrees for 25-30 minutes. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the BBQ and grape jelly. In your food processor or blender add all the ingredients except only add 1-cup of a time of the chickpeas (add the next cup once the first cup is mashed). Process until the hummus is creamy and smooth. Great for vegetable trays. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray or line with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and sea salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, organic butter, and vanilla; stir in the brown sugar until smooth. Gradually add in the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
