Here is a couple Recipes to try (be creative and try your own):

Tip: Put in the liquid first, then the fruit, and then the greens. The amount of water will depend on whether you like it thick or not.

 

1 cup of water, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, and 1-2 cups of spinach

or

1 cup of water, 1 cup of mango, 1 frozen banana, and 1-2 cups of spinach

 

Get creative with the fruits you like and if you like kale, exchange spinach for kale at times.
