For 7-Days drink a GREEN Smoothie!

You will feel more energy and possible lose some weight!

Here is a couple Recipes to try (be creative and try your own):

Tip: Put in the liquid first, then the fruit, and then the greens. The amount of water will depend on whether you like it thick or not.


1 cup of water, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, and 1-2 cups of spinach


1 cup of water, 1 cup of mango, 1 frozen banana, and 1-2 cups of spinach


Get creative with the fruits you like and if you like kale, exchange spinach for kale at times.

    I love the green smoothies but mine never looked that green. Hmmmmm…. and i did two handfuls of kale

    1 cup water, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup black berries, 1-2 cups spinach.  YUMMY!!

    I have been drinking these for awhile now and LOVE them!  At first I was a bit skeptical because of the SPINACH, but trust me, the fruit's you chose will help disguise the look and taste of it. Now my whole family enjoys them with me…..very heatlhy, refreshing, and energizing!!!  Try one today.
