You’ve got a ton of pieces (some bigger than others) that all have to fit together perfectly before you see the image that you’re trying to see. Sleep, nutrition, physical training, quality relationships, mindfulness, and time spent outdoors (just to name a few) all have to come together cohesively if you want to reach your goals. Nutrition is one of the biggest puzzle pieces we’ve got! No matter how much you work out, you will always fall short if you forget about your food intake. If you want to feel great and look great, you’ve got to work on YOUR diet.

With our Food Methodology Coaching Program, you’ll finally reach the body composition goals you’ve been aiming for! Here’s what’s included when you sign up:

Accountability Is King

Going it alone can be really tough, especially when it comes to upping your nutrition game.

You’re tempted multiple times per day to eat foods or drink beverages that are less than optimal. And if you work in an office, there’s likely not a day that goes by when you don’t have to dig up the willpower to say no to cake or candy. The thing that separates those who are successful at maintaining a quality diet and those that are not is very often accountability. If you aren’t accountable to anyone on this nutrition journey, you’re likely to fall short of your goals.

Accountability is at the heart of our Food/Fuel Program. We know how important it is for you to have regular contact with your coach, so we’ve made it our top priority. You’ll have a weekly accountability video with your coach designed to keep you motivated, answer your questions, and help you succeed once and for all.

During your weekly check-in, your coach will check in with YOUR fuel plan and make sure you’re on track. He/she will review your food storybook (via our app) and give you feedback and a suggestion of your next step to keep you moving forward and with results!

Who Is Food Methodology Coaching For?

Food Methodology Coaching is for anyone who wants to change the way they look and feel for the better.

It’s a perfect add-on to our Functional Fitness & Core Program, Personal Training Program and Triathon/Duathlon Programs. There are no prerequisites for joining our Food Methodology Coaching Program. All you need to do is talk to a coach and set up your initial consultation.

I’m loving the virtual workouts!! During this safe at home period having these workouts to do are a life saver! Having 2 little ones in the house it’s important for them to see their parents living a healthier lifestyle and it’s fun when they join in! The workouts are available via Facebook Live or zoom or just written out and it’s easy to do them along with Carrie and crew or whenever I can squeeze in 45 mins! Having the ability to watch the Facebook live stream at a later time is great to make sure I’m keeping my form on target!
