Lutz Location:

Mondays: 5:00am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:25pm, 6:45pm


Tuesdays: 5:00am, 5:45am, 7:30am, 9am, 5:50pm, 6:45pm

 

Wednesdays: 4:30pm, 5:25pm, 6:15pm (Yoga), 6:45pm

 

Thursdays: 5:00am, 5:45am, 9am, 5:50pm, 6:45pm

 

Fridays: 5:45am and 9:45am (C3)

Saturdays: 8am & 9am (PIYO 7am)

PUB RUNS: 1st & 3rd Friday of EVERY Month – 6:45pm

Plus…HardCore Abs 6:15pm

 

Brandon Location:

 Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 6am

South Tampa:

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 8am
