Tuesdays: 5:00am, 5:45am, 9am, & 5:50pm

Wednesdays: 4:30pm, 5:25pm, 6:45pm

Thursdays: 5:00am, 5:45am, 9am, 5:50pm

Fridays: 5:45am

Fridays: PIYO 9am 

Saturdays: 8am & 9am (PIYO 7am)

Brandon Location:

 Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 6am

South Tampa:

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 8am
